Shipping
Shipping is available worldwide. We ship from various locations so we can deliver your product in the fastest manner possible so that you can get your automobile back on the road quicker. In cases where an item is out of stock, on back order, or is a special order, we will notify you via email with an approximate ETA.
Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident when purchasing a used or rebuilt BMW engine from us. If there is ever an issue with your order, we’re here to make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
The engine or part must be in the same condition as received. Unused, uninstalled, and free from damage not disclosed at purchase.
All returns require prior authorization. Please contact our support team before shipping any item back.
Non-Returnable Items
Engines or parts that have been disassembled, modified, or installed.
Items damaged due to improper handling, incorrect installation, or negligence.
Special-order or custom-request items, unless defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
Exchanges
If you receive the wrong engine or part, we will arrange for an exchange at no extra cost. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Warranty Claims
